Tom Scaletta MD is a board certified emergency physician in Illinois with experience leading public, academic, and community emergency departments. Dr. Scaletta is Past President for the American Academy of Emergency Medicine and created the AAEM Operations Management Committee. He has worked with the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) and The Joint Commission (TJC) on developing guidelines and standards for hospital emergency care. Mark Reiter MD MBA is a board certified emergency physician in Bethlehem, PA and a faculty member at an emergency medicine residency program. His academic focus is on emergency department operations and health policy. Dr. Reiter has extensive organizational experience at the state and national levels. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine and the Board of Trustees of the Medical Society of New Jersey, as well as on the AMA Council on Legislation. Roger C. Ellis, PMP is an internationally recognized consultant, trainer and educator with over 42 years of business and industry experience, including 30 years at General Motors.  He is an expert in the implementation of lean enterprise, project management, Six Sigma, business process analysis and improvement, strategic planning, performance measurement, workplace design and productivity improvement, leading and managing work teams, benchmarking and competitive analysis, operations management, instructional design and course development.  Roger earned an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo, an MSE from Purdue University and a BSIE from General Motors Institute (now known as Kettering University).  He is certified as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP).

Christopher Langan MD MBA is a board certified emergency physician in Newark, NJ. Dr. Langan is currently Medical Director and residency faculty at one of New Jersey’s busiest Emergency Departments. He also has prior experience as Continuous Quality Improvement Director, attaining core measure excellence in a challenging inner-city environment. Dr. Langan completed medical school at Robert Wood Johnson, did his internship in Internal Medicine at UMDNJ followed by his residency in Emergency Medicine at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Langan is a Dartmouth graduate, and completed his MBA at Columbia University, with concentration in Healthcare and Business Development. Of note, he is a 2000 Olympic Trials qualifier in the Men’s Marathon.

John S. Lee MD completed Cook County's emergency medicine residency program in 1996.  He is an actively practicing emergency physician and information systems (IS) educator at Edward Hospital (Naperville, IL), a high-volume, top-tier emergency department. John’s interest and expertise in IS development began in college and grew throughout his medical training. Subsequently, for the past 4-years he has adapted the Meditech EDM system to satisfy the complex requirements of emergency physicians. John has developed exceptional methods of patient tracking, computerized order entry, order set construction, discharge plan building and e-prescribing. He is now perfecting a hybrid documentation technique merging Meditech's template documentation with Dragon voice-recognition.

Jeanne is currently a Director with PremierConsulting Solutions, part of Premier, Inc. of Charlotte, NC. Vicky Vance Esq. is an attorney with Tucker Ellis & West (Cleveland office). She is the former Senior Counsel and Director of Litigation for The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
